Dear Brothers, Sisters, and Supporters,
It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of the Westchester County Correction Officers Benevolent Association. Every day, the men and women of our association demonstrate professionalism, courage, and dedication while carrying out one of the most demanding and important roles in public safety.
Correction officers work behind the walls, often out of the public spotlight, yet the work we do is essential to maintaining safety, order, and security within our facilities and throughout our communities. Our members show unwavering commitment not only to their duties, but also to one another. The strength of WCOBA has always been our unity, our professionalism, and the brotherhood and sisterhood that binds us together.
As the union, we remain committed to protecting the rights, safety, and well-being of every correction officer we represent. We will continue to advocate for fair working conditions, proper resources, and the respect that our profession deserves. Just as importantly, we will continue to support our members and their families, recognizing the sacrifices that come with this career.
WCOBA is more than an organization—it is a family. Through solidarity, dedication, and pride in our profession, we will continue to move forward together, stronger than ever.
Thank you for your continued support and for the vital work you do each and every day.
In Unity,
Steven Torsiello
President
Westchester County Corrections Officers Benevolent Association
