To promote the welfare of its members, aid them in their need for mutual benefits and protection, and improve their social and financial condition.

 

To strive through unity, to promote greater acknowledgement of their professionalism, to better working conditions, to secure financial equity with their law enforcement agencies, and to provide security for the individual correction officer and the dependants
